I grew up on a farm in Minnesota and moved to Iowa in 2021 with my husband, Mitch, our three children, three cats, and a dog. We spend summers at local amusement parks and visiting family in Texas and Minnesota, and when I’m home, you’ll usually find me with a book in hand. That mix of farm-girl practicality and a lifelong love of learning is evident in my work. I’m the person who will happily research what you don’t have time to dig into, read the fine print, and then explain it back in plain language.
